Objective: To clarify the efficacy underusing method of drying dampness and moving Qi to intervene the premorbid state of dyslipidemia, with summarizations and discussions. To further explore the preventative treatments in dyslipidemia and their effects under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods: 60 cases were collected, according to the inclusion criteria. The patients were assigned tothe intervention group and the control group, with random method 1: 1.The intervention groups(30 cases)were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction;the control groups(30 cases)were treated with Xuezhikang.During the experiment, the scores of TCM syndromes,TC,TG and LDL-C were observed before and 12 weeks after the treatment and the results would be analyzed. Results: There was no significant adverse reaction between the intervention group and the control group. The effective rate was 93% in the intervention group and 83% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups. For the scores of TG,TC,LDL,there were significant differences between the intervention group and the control group, before and after the treatment. Conclusions:The method of drying dampness and moving qi is helpful for the improvement of phlegm-dampness constitution, and it is helpful to regulate the rising edge of blood lipid.Under the regulation of Preventative treatment, which is based on the theory of Chinese Medicine constitution,we can achieve the purpose of prevention of hyperlipidemia.Xuezhikang has good security and no adverse reactions.
