Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of Qingxuan prescription in treatingsyndrome of spleen-kidney deficiency and phlegm-blood stasis caused by the MetabolicSyndrome and the effection on TNF-α and IL-6, and to discuss elementarily the function tovulnerable plaque.Methods:60patients who meet the test criteria of MS were randomly divided into thetreatment group and the control group.Every group has30cases.Two groups were treatedwith behavioral intervention(quit smoking, reasonable diet, adequate exercise, reducestress and depression), but the treatment group was simultaneously treated with Qingxuanprescription.And the control group in the behavioral intervention on the basis of oralmetformin treatment for6weeks.After all around, we investigrated the effect of anginasyndrom and electrocardiogram and changement of TCM symptoms, bodymass index,waist circumference, blood lipids, blood pressure, glucose tolerance, plasma insulin,insulin resistance index, TNF-α and IL-6.Results:Chest rheumatism symptom of treatment group was improved distinctly.Theeffect of treatment group’s angina pectoris is90%, the control group is only70%, twogroups have statistics difference(P<0.05).The treatment group has significant clinicaleffects on MS patients.It maybe effectively improve fasting and postprandial blood glucoselevels, control blood pressure, regulate blood fat and inhibit the release of inflammatory cytokines.Conclution:Qingxuan prescription under the meridians therapy principle of notifyingspleen and kedney, promoting blood circulation removing obstruction has a better curativeeffect.
