Our students must be according to demand of society and enterprises to adopt a more perfect education mode, otherwise there will be "difficult employment" the adverse situation, so we put forward the demand oriented training mode.However, due to the limitation of our software and hardware conditions, we often lag of teaching activities, the students’ training mode while also in constant change, but not completely adapt to the needs of society, must be necessary and scientific to improve and perfect.This topic is based on teaching experience and the summary, first used the literature research to study the present situation and the characteristics of higher vocational education at home and abroad, and then refined the existing mode of education, and study on the pharmaceutical industry demand for talent specific characteristics. Then analyzed the results of questionnaire survey to further determine the needs of society and education reality gap through to the number of according to different object. Then field research method was used to study the business office in shandong institute of pharmaceutical professional teaching resources and curriculum system, through the SWOT analysis method to find out the gap and the social demand, and to reform and perfect; Finally we proposed "demand-oriented" system of education reform plan.The scheme improved biological pharmaceutical professional curriculum system of our college, added related courses and teaching methods to increase the students’ vocational quality.
