Children With Henoch-schonlein Purpura Nephritis Often Witnesspoints Of Syndrome Differentiation Research

Objective：Frequency analysis of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in children’sliterature and clinical data, treatment based on syndrome differentiation and summarizes itscommon syndromes, promoting the standardization of syndrome differentiation.Methods： Retrieved2002-2012Chinese Journal Full-text Database ofHenoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in children literature, clinical data was collected,nephritis Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children to establish database, frequency analysiswas performed using SPSS17.0software, the main points of syndrome differentiation tosummarize the common syndromes.Results：Research shows that bleeding due to blood-heat, hyperactivity of fire due toyin deficiency, dampness and heat injuring collaterals as common syndrome purpuricnephritis. The main points of syndrome differentiation were: bleeding due to blood-heattype: acute onset, purpura (colored red or dark purple), hematuria, red tongue, yellow moss,pulse a few powerful; hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type: hematuria withdifferent degree of proteinuria, hand-foot-heart hot, red tongue, pulse breakdown, lessmoss; wind-heat injury syndrome bright red or pink, purpura, red tongue, hematuria, mossthin yellow, floating pulse number; damp-heat: purpura (colored red or scarlet red oryellow), urine, hematuria, red tongue, yellow greasy fur, slippery pulse number.Conclusion: Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in children with heat syndromesare,purpura and tongue and pulse changes as the main key points of differentiation,syndrome differentiation and treatment to provide the basis for specification.
