| Research one:Retrospective Observation of Professor Liu Xiaoying's Treatment of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis in ChildrenObjective:To retrospectively observe the clinical efficacy of Professor Liu Xiaoying in the treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis,and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of this disease.Methods:Using the Excel spreadsheet to collect and collect all the clinical data of the included cases,including: name,gender,age,address,time,diagnosis(classification),syndrome and signs and symptoms before and after treatment and related inspection,etc.The scores of hematuria,proteinuria,symptoms and signs before and3 months after treatment were compared.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Quantitative variables were described as mean standard deviation,and qualitative variables were described as cases and percentages.Independent sample T test was used for TCM syndrome score before and 3 months after treatment,and the test level was 0.05.Result:1 Therapeutic evaluation1.1 Curative effect of hematuria and proteinuria After 3 months of treatment,The scores of hematuria and proteinuria in 121 children were significantly lower than before(p<0.05).1.2 Efficacy of Secondary Symptoms After 3 months of treatment,easy to catch a cold,itching or pain,cough,sputum,nasal congestion/red/sore throat,runny nose,pharynx nuclear swollen throat,dry mouth/bad breath,face red,red lip Edgar huang,poor appetite to eat less,complexion dark skin a wrong/sublingual vein+,loose stool pond/constipation,a total of 11 secondary symptom score significantly lower than before treatment(p<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences before and after the treatment of minor symptoms,such as fatigue,spontaneous sweating/night sweats,enuresis/frequent night urination,chills in limbs,heart heat in hands and feet,urination length/urination shortness and yellowness(p>0.05).Before and after treatment were recorded upset irritability,complexion white,zygomatic hot flashes,body weight,sticky mouth symptoms,unable to make a difference.1.3 Curative effect of other symptoms Among the other symptoms,skin purpura,digestive tract and joint symptoms were significantly reduced after 3 months of treatment(p<0.05).The symptoms of edema were not recorded before and after treatment.1.4 Total curative effect of TCM symptoms After 3 months of treatment,121 children with HSPN showed significant improvement in total score of main symptoms,total score of secondary symptoms,total score of other symptoms and total score of TCM symptoms(p<0.05).1.5 Evaluation of the Total Therapeutic Effect of TCM Syndromes After 3 months of treatment,121 children were cured in 5 cases(4.13%),significantly effective in 63 cases(52.07%),improved in49 cases(40.50%),and ineffective in 4 cases(3.30%),with the recovery rate of 56.20% and the total effective rate of 96.69%.2 Safety evaluation No adverse events were recorded in 121 children during the observation and treatment period,and no abnormalities were detected in blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,kidney function,myocardial enzyme spectrum and other indicators related to the safety of this study.Conclusion:1.Professor liu xiaoying's treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis can effectively reduce hematuria and proteinuria,significantly reduce the clinical symptoms and signs,improve the overall condition of children with significant clinical efficacy.2.Professor liu xiaoying's treatment has high clinical safety of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.Research two:Exploring Professor Liu Xiaoying's experience in prescribing drugs for children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis based on Data Mining TechnologyObjective:Through data mining,the correlation between drugs was analyzed,so as to obtain the law of drug combination,and summarize professor liu xiaoying's academic thoughts on the treatment of this disease,so as to provide clinical reference for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease,and provide optimization ideas for the inheritance of the valuable clinical experience of the old Chinese medicine experts.Methods:Using Eecel form to include cases of traditional Chinese medicine prescription medication to establish database,using the frequency analysis method of the statistics collected cases of prescription of each flavor medicines in frequency,frequency,and application of complex network data analysis software system Liquorice network clustering for drug analysis correlation between drugs,thereby giving drug combination patterns,and summarizes professor Liu Xiaoying treatment the disease's academic thoughts.Result:1 rule of western medicine type and prescription The results of this study showed that professor liu xiaoying used 1 core prescription for the treatment of hematuria type HSPN,which consists of forsythia forsythia,reed,radix platycodonis,astragalus root,radix paeoniae rubra,rhizome of lotus root,poria,licorice.1 core prescription for the treatment of proteinuria HSPN,including: hawthorn,astragalus membranaceus,radix commissariae,peony bark,Chinese yam,atractylodes macrocephala,poria,red peony root,radix platycodonis,liquorice root;The core prescription for the treatment of mixed HSPN was 1 piece,and its composition included: astragalus membranaceus,radix commissariae,mature land,poria cocos,red peony root,rhizome of lotus root,madder,angelica sinensis,cortex moutan and liquorice.2 Medication rules of TCM classification and prescription The results of this study showed that professor liu xiaoying used 1 core prescription for the treatment of wind-heat wound syndrome.1 core prescription for the treatment of blood heat syndrome,which consists of: red peony root,shiver grass,raw land,burdock,peony bark,licorice root;1 core prescription for the treatment of spleen-kidney qi deficiency,consisting of astragalus membranaceus,hawthorn,red peony root,poria cocos,radix pseudostellariae,atractylodes macrocephala and liquorice;1 core prescription for the treatment of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency,including alisma alisma,poria cocos,cornus officinalis,fructus tuber,cortex peony,yam,rhizoma epimedii,licorice;1 core prescription for the treatment of liver and kidney Yin deficiency,which consists of alisma alisma,poria cocos,cornus officinalis,cortex moutan and Chinese yam;The core prescription for the treatment of qi and Yin deficiency is 1 piece,which consists of lotus root node,astragalus membranaceus,poria cocos,peony bark,yam,fructus corni,liquorice.Conclusion:1.The data mining results of this study reflect professor liu xiaoying's treatment ideas of eliminating pathogenic factors,strengthening vital energy(Fu Zhong),hemostasis and spermia.2.The data mining results of this study reflect professor liu xiaoying's academic thought of combining type classification with syndrome differentiation for treatment and disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation for treatment of pediatric HSPN.3.The data mining results of this study are consistent with the clinical experience literature reports of professor liu xiaoying's treatment of HSPN. |
