Objective: Based on the investigation and study of the clinical data of92cases of children with purpura nephritis, analyze and summarize the TCM pathogenic factors of purpura nephritis, to provide references for clinical prevention and treatment of the disease.Methods: Collect the records of children with purpura nephritis outpatient and inpatient in the department of pediatrics of Shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital ranging from June2012to February2013, and then analyze statistically, including the following observation items: gender, age, region, season, disease-causing pathogens, the types of syndrome, clinical course, physical and laboratory examination.Results:1. Exogenous pathogens purpura nephritis is the most common pathogenic factors. According to its virulence frequency, there are wind-heat evil, damp-heat evil, wind-cold evil, cold–damp evil, wind-damp evil, etc. The wind, dampness, heat are high-riskexogenous factors.2. Purpura nephritis disease is associated with somatotypes. The high incidence of thethree somatotypes are hot and humid, Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency.Conclusion: Exogenous pathogens onset purpura nephritis is the most common factors; Purpura nephritis disease is also associated with somatotypes.
