Objective: through the objective clinical data of patients with alcoholic liver diseaseresearch, summarized distribution regularity of the syndromes of the disease, systematicanalysis of related parameters of the disease (ALT, AST, GGT, TG, MCV, liver colour toexceed, etc) and the correlation of syndrome of TCM, so as to provide objective basis forclinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of the disease. Methods: Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional ChineseMedicine from liver disease department and participate in "the United hospital outpatientalcoholic liver disease clinical path of" the medical records of165patients with alcoholicliver disease, summarize the etiology, pathogenesis and syndrome of this disease, andexplore the relationship between the related parameters of the disease and syndromes oftraditional Chinese medicine. Results: the pathogenesis of alcoholic liver disease in younger age, male patients;Lesions mainly involved in liver and spleen two dirty; Syndrome elements in these, liverdepression and spleen deficiency, phlegm evil is given priority to; Daily dose ethanol atleast change the type, history of drinking the shortest, related index is lower than othersyndromes (P <0.05); Blood stasis junction in patients with the most relevant index (P <0.05); Quantity of absorbed ethanol, drinking history and ALT, AST, GGT, TG, relatedparameters of the MCV is correlation, linear regression model was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: the pathogenesis of alcoholic liver disease trend of younger age, theincidence of the disease by drinking history, daily intake of ethanol volume effect. Thedisease mainly in the liver and spleen, the liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, damp andnot, phlegm and blood stasis as the characteristics of pathogenesis, syndrome with phlegm, phlegm and blood stasis type, damp-heat type for. Liver stagnation and spleen deficiencysyndrome in patients with history of drinking the shortest, correlation index results showedthe lowest, most light condition, accumulation of blood stasis type index results showedthe highest, the most important condition.
