Objectives: On the basis of the preliminary studies, through clinical study ofstandardization, clear TCM syndromes in children with hand, foot and mouth disease, thesyndrome elements distribution law and its relevance, and provide an objective basis forrational clinical dialectical.Methods: TCM syndrome questionnaire preliminary studies and diagnostic criteria,the development of children with hand, foot and mouth disease, the collection children fourdiagnostic information, establish information database syndromes using SPSS17.0statistical software, frequency analysis, X2test.Results: Hand, foot and mouth disease in the age of onset is mainly concentrated inthe0to3years old, the male to female ratio of about3:2, boys slightly higher than theincidence of girls. Hand, foot and mouth disease course mainly concentrated in6,7,8days,incidence of pathogens to EV71infection, and CoxA16of infection is more common in theevil committed Feipi card, while EV71infection is more common in hot and humid poisonSheng certificate. The number of children with skin rash mainly concentrated in the30to49the evil committed Feipi permit distribution of three parts up, hot and humid drugSheng card up to4. The different TCM symptoms have focused on distribution to the rankorder of frequency: the evil committed Feipi card mainly to skin herpes, fever (mainlylow-grade fever), decreased appetite, sore throat, cough, runny nose, constipation, spiritand poor; heat toxin Sheng card to skin herpes, fever (moderate heat, heat-based),decreased appetite, sore throat, mental, irritability, nausea, vomiting, limb shaking, fatiguebased. Laboratory tests and TCM-correlation in creatine kinase isoenzyme, elevated bloodsugar and hemoglobin indicators reduce the more obvious performance the heat toxinSheng certificate.
