| Objective:To observe the changes of main symptoms,physical signs andhemorheology of blood stasis type AS patients,and analyse the therapeutical effect of Dumoxibustion accompanied by herb cupping on blood stasis AS patients in order to selectthe better modality on treating the blood stasistype of AS patients.Method: This study selects60AS patients of blood stasis type and divides randomlyinto Du moxibustion accompanied by herb cupping(treatment group)and Du moxibustion(comparison group),each has30cases,records the changes of the main symptoms、physical signs and hemorheology to evaluate the different therapeutic effects of these twotreatments and instruct the clinical treatment.Results：After three months, there was significant difference of the scores ofsymptoms,physical signs,hemorheology when compared with what before treatment andthere was significant difference between groups.Conclusions：Du moxibustion can improve the symptoms,physical signs and theblood rheology and has significant clinical efficiency. The effect could be more obvious ifaccompanied by herb cupping. |
