| Objective: To observe the effection of the cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis on gene HLA-B27(-) and HLA-B27(+) expression treated by du-moxibustion.Methods: 60 cases were selected, divided into two groups in random. The first group with 30 cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis, gene expression of HLA-B27(+), and the second group with 30 cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis, gene expression of HLA-B27(-). Both are treated by the same method of du-moxibustion. The period of treatment for both group is three times,once a month .The clinical symptoms, main physical signs and laborary markers of the cases are recorded before and after du-moxibustion.Result: The total effective rate of HLA-B27(-) group was 93.3%, HLA-B27(+) group was 90%. There is no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Du-moxibustion has certain effect in treating Ankylosing Spondylitis of gene HLA-B27(+) and HLA-B27(-) expression. |
