| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Fuyangtongbiningxin decoction ontreating senile Coronary heart disease of ventricular premature contractions withsubclinical hypothyroidism.Methods:60patients of senile Coronary heart disease of ventricular prematurecontractions with subclinical hypothyroidism were divided randomly into observationgroup（30cases）and control group（30cases）. Conventional western medical therapy wasgiven to both groups.In the meantime, the observation group were dosed Fuyangtongbiningxin decoction and Betaloc Tablets, the control group were dosed Betaloc Tablets.After treatment for4weeks,observation of the changes about clinical symptoms, DynamicElectrocardiog-raphy (DCG), laboratory indexes and other indicators, before and aftertreatment in both groups,and statistical analysis.Results:1.The total effect rate of ameliorating symptom of the observation group was90.00%, which was obviously superior to that of the control group of66.67%(P<0.05).2.The total effect rate of the observation group in treating ventricular premature contractionsof Coronary Heart Disease was83.33%, that of the control group was80.00%, there wasno evidently difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3. The observation group issuperior to the control group in improving HRV, blood lipid level.4. The observationgroup had remarkable effect upon decreasing QT dispersity,improving myocardialischemia.5. The observation group can improve thyroid function (P<0.05) and controlgroup (P>0.05) no significant effect on thyroid function.Conclusion: The therapeutic methods of the Fuyangtongbiningxin decoction is assisting yang and Dredging pain or numbness, calm heart and tranquilizing the mind,which was an effective and safe TCM Prescription for the patients with senile Coronaryheart disease of ventricular premature contractions with subclinical hypothyroidism. Themechanism of prescription may be related to improve myocardial ischemia, regulation ofblood lipids, HRV and thyroid function of the senile people, etc. Thus affirmed thefeasibility of TCM treatment of the disease, it is worth further study. |
