| Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang huoxue decoction on treatingsenile Coronary heart disease of ventricular premature contractions (syndrome of astheniaof yang with blood stagnate)Methods:60Patients were selected according to the inclusion criteria. Patients wererandomly the control principle of30Patients were divided into treatment group andcontrolled group30cases. The controlled group was treated with the metoprolol drug. Thetreatment group was based on medication Plus Wenyang Huoxue Decoction on. The twogroups respectively syndromes, ECG changes, safety detection compared and observed.All Patients were given treatment for4weeks. All data were conducted using statisticalsoftware SPSS17.0statistical analysis.Results:The total effect rate of ameliorating symptom of the observation group was90.00%, which was obviously superior to that of the control group of66.67%(P<0.05).Thetotal effect rate of the observation group in treating ventricular premature contractions ofCoronary Heart Disease was86.66%, that of the control group was53.33%, there was noevidently difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The observation group is superior tothe control group in improving HRV, blood lipid level. The observation group hadremarkable effect upon decreasing QT dispersity, improving myocardial ischemia.Conclusion:In this study, the clinical validation and statistical analysis,Wenyanghuoxue decoction was an effective and safe TCM Prescription for the patients with senileCoronary heart disease of ventricular premature contractions(syndrome of asthenia of yangwith blood stagnate) which in order to assisting yang and promoting blood circulation astreatment.The advantage of this decoction is that medicine accurate, precise combination. Starting from the overall control, the multi targets for drug effect, have antiarrhythmiceffects of clear, so it has important clinical significance and broad application prospects forthe treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. |
