The Clinical Study On The Effect Of BuShenAnTai Decotion In Treating The Deficiency Of Kidney Of The Early Threatened Abotrion

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of BuShenAnTai Decotion(BSATD) intreating the deficiency of kidney of the early threatened abortion(ETA),and to explore themechanism.Method:64cases with ETA were classified randomly into two groups:the former astreatment group(32patients,treated with BSATD) and the latter as control group (32patients, treated with Gushen tocolysis pills). Two weeks made up one course oftreatment.The amelioration of clinical symptoms and signs,sex hormonesincludingβ-HCG、P、E2,the B ultrasonic inspecting of pregnancy bursa and serum TNF-ɑwere determined before and after treatment between the two groups.The differencesbetween the two groups were observed.Results: The markedly effective rate is75.00%in the treatment group and34.38%inthe control group;the total effective rate is90.63%in the treatment group and75.00%inthe control group, having a significant difference (P <0.05) between the two groups.Themarkedly effective rate of TCM is78.12%in the treatment group and37.50%in thecontrol group,;the total effective rate is93.75%in the treatment group and81.25%in thecontrol group, having a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05). After thetreatment, the TCM symptom scores of the both groups are lowered,having a significantdifference before and after treatment(P <0.01), having a significant difference between thetwo groups (P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of serum β-HCG, P, E2are raised (P<0.01), and the level of serum TNF-ɑ is reduced (P <0.01),having a significant differencebetween the two groups (P <0.01).Conclusion: The Bushenantai Decotion has satisfactorily therapeutic effect on the deficiency of Kidney of ETA,and it can regulate the level of serum sex hormones andTNF-ɑ. The mechanism might be related to promote maternal secretion of β-HCG, P, andinhibit the immune response, and keep the normal function of Uterine endocrine-immunecells-cytokine system,to maintain the blood supply of the placenta,etc.
