Clinical Observation Of Combined Therapy Using Gushenantai Decotion And Westenr Medicine For Treating Early Threatened Abortion

Objective:To observe the effect of Gushenantai Decotion on the early threatenedabortion（ETA）,and to find advantages of traditional Chinese medical and explore moreeffective methods.Methods:60patients were divided into two groups randomly:the treatment group andthe control group．Gushenantai Decotion andβ―HCG and P were used in the treatedgroup,β―HCG and P were used in the controlled group．Symptoms and signs of eachgroup were observed before and after treatment．Meanwhile the levels of β―HCG、P、E₂、ACA、BA of the blood plasma were measured．Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were93.33％and86.67％．There was significant difference between the treatment group and thecontrol goup（P＜0.05）．The level of β-HCG、P、E₂of treatment groups was significantlyimproved,ACA were decreased,BA were significantly increased.Conelusions:Gushenantai Decotion could adjust the endocrine and immunologicalfunction，ameliorate clinical symptom．...
