The Clinical Observation Of Hanshizishen Decotion On Deficiency Of Kidney-Yin Early Threatened Abortion

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Hanshizishen Decotion with dydrogesterone on the early threatened abortion (ETA), and to find advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and explore more effective therapy methods.Methods:60 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly:the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group took Hanshizishen Decotion and dydrogesterone, and the control group took dydrogesterone only. Observe the improvement of symptom, β-HCG,P,E2 of the two groups before and after the treatment. Compare the difference between the two groups with statistical software.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group are 96.67% and 86.67%. There is a significant difference between two groups (p=0.039<0.05). The Chinese medical symptom scores of two groups both reduce in varying degrees, there is a very significant difference (p<0.01). The level ofβ-HCG,P,E2 of the two groups both increase significantly, and the degree of treatment group is much more obvious compared with the control group(p<0.01).Conclusion:The Hanshizishen Decotion can adjust the endocrine function, and has a significant effect on the treatment of early threatened abortion (ETA).
