| Objective: Clinical observation of the curative effect of Bushenantai Decoction andprogesterone/HCG muscle injection in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA), and exploration of the mechanism.Methods: We selected60patients with RSA and divided them randomly intotreatment groups (30cases, treated with Bushenantai Decoction and progesterone/HCGintramuscular injection treatment) and control groups (30cases,treated withGushenantaiwan and progesterone/HCG intramuscular injection treatment). After allpatients were treated by12pregnant weeks, we observed clinical efficacy of drugtreatment for RSA patients before and after treatment, including the clinical symptoms,signs, serum reproductive hormones, and pregnancy status.Results: In anti-abortion, the total efficiency of90.00%in the observation group wassignificantly higher than that of in control group73.33%, and the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05). The TCM syndromes and the serum reproductivehormones including β-hCG、P、E2were significantly improved after treatment (P<0.05)，and ACA were decreased.Conclusion: Combination of Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicinecould enhance the endocrine and immunological funetion of human body, and ameliorateclinical symptom. |
