Objective: Unstable angina is quite common in coronary disease. Our research isbased on traditional Chinese medicine which watches supplementing qi and nourishing yintreatment’s clinical effects and its intervention study to HRT, and prepares for its clinicalapplication.Method: Put60patients of unstable angina who meet this research criterion into twogroups: one is observation group and one is control group. Conventional therapy is adoptedby the observation group by orally taking Bay aspirin0.1Qd, Isosorbide Mononitratetablet20mg bid, Metroprolo23.75mg Qd. The observation group, on the other hand, takesYiqiyangyintang, a decotion which incorporates maidong30g, dangshen30g, huangqi30g,wuweizi12g, guizhi9g,,chaosuanzaoren30g, sanqifen3g (take after mixing it with water),danshen30g, gancao9g. Then respectively study patients’ dynamic electrocardiogram TO,TS, Chinese medicine symptom score, effect in unstable angina pectoris, SAQ. All resultsof observation targets are put into database and analyzed by statistics by using SPSS17.0software.Result: The TO/TS, TCM Cure Effect, angina pectoris cure effect and Seattle LifeStandard all show significant difference in both observation group and control groupbefore and after the treatment (P<0.05). There is significant difference in TO/TS, Thesyndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, TCM syndrome total curative effect, anginascoring and Seattle Life Standard, and the observation group shows better performancethan control group. There is no significant difference between observation group andcontrol group in the improvement of angina after treatment.Conclusion:1. Supplementing qi and nourishing yin treatment can effectivelyimprove patients’ unusual HRT symptom and dysfunction of autonomic nerve. It alsoimproves patients’ life standard, relive the symptom of angina caused by deficiency of both qi and yin, and have significant cure effects to its TCM symptoms.2. An effective combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine isthe best way of treating angina clinically. It can fully take advantage of western medicinewhile adopting views from traditional Chinese medicine like treatment based on syndromedifferentiation and its flexibility, which obviously improves curative effects and improvethe prognosis of patients.3. No adverse reaction seen during conbined treatment of traditional Chinesemedicine and western medicine, which means it is reliable and safe.
