Purpose:This study is to observe the effect of Treating of Chest Pain of Qi and Yin deficiency by Shenmai, compared with treating by just western medicine, in order to discuss clinical value of treating unstable by western medicine,and by traditional chinese medicine injection auxiliaryly.Methods:Totally 60 cases of unstable angina with both Qi and Yin deficiency patients, who were from Vasculocardiology Department of Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangsu province, were divided into treatment group and control group with equal number. All the 60 patients were given basic treatment, but the patients of treatment group were treated with Shenmai auxiliaryly. The period of treatment was 14days. Compared. The change of symptom,ECG and total ischemia burden etc before and after treatment would be compared in order to wonder whether they had the dramatical difference.Reasult:The total effective rate of treat group is 90.0%, while the control group is 73.3% with none significant difference (P>0.05), although the later is higher than the former. And there is also none significant difference in improving ECG (P>0.05). There is significant difference in some indices such as QTcd and FIB before and after treatment (P<0.05). The safety indices had no obvious changes before and after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:Clinical symptoms,the effect of reducing myocardial oxygen consumption and regulating Lipid metabolism of patients with Unstable Angina of Qi and Yin deficiency were treated by Shenmai and western medicine can be improved, and it's significantly superior in the respect of improving hemorheology and reducing QTcd. And it has no obvious adverse reactions.
