Object:To investigate the effects of Xiaorong Wenban Fang on the levels of serum inflammatory cytokines MCP-1 and TNF-? and blood lipids(TG,TC,LDL,HDL)and other related factors in patients with TCM qi deficiency, blood stasis, blood stasis type, and unstable angina pectoris. The clinical efficacy of spotting and broadening the treatment of unstable angina pectoris provide theoretical support for clinical application in the future.Method:A clinical observation approach was adopted to develop and write a clinical case report form(CRF)to collect outpatients and inpatients from the Department of Geriatrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to August 2017 and have been diagnosed with Chinese medicine.Diagnosis: thoracic qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome;Western diagnosis: coronary heart disease in patients with unstable angina,a total of 60 cases. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to a random number table method. One group was a control group: conventional western medicine treatment(anti-platelet aggregation,anti-ischemia,and rosuvastatin calcium tablets);the other group was treated in the above western medicine routine On the basis of treatment,Chinese herbal formula particles are added to dissolve and stabilize the plaque.Observe the relevant clinical efficacy, blood lipid indexes, serum inflammatory cytokines MCP-1 and TNF-? levels, and syndrome scores of traditional Chinese medicine in both groups. The database was established through statistical package SPSS19.0 for analysis and finally the results were obtained.Result:1.Before treatment, there was no statistical difference(P>0.05)between the basic information(age, phone),blood lipids, and MCP-1 and TNF-? of all personnel.2.After treatment, clinical efficacy results analysis and comparison:(1)nitroglycerin stoppage rate: the results of both groups were decreased after treatment, the total effective rate: the control group was 66%;the treatment group was 77%;Symptoms of angina: The total effective rate in the control group was 76.67%;the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90%;and there was no worsening of the symptoms in both groups during the treatment period;TCM syndrome efficacy: The total effective rate was: 80% in the control group;90% in the treatment group;TCM syndrome scores: The scores of syndromes in both the control group and the treatment group decreased, with significant differences(P<0.05).(2)Blood lipids: TG,TC,and LDL decreased significantly in both groups.HDL is inversely proportional to it.And there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Among them, the LDL difference after the rank sum test,P <0.05,with statistical differences;(3)Serum inflammatory factors: The levels of MCP-1 and TNF-? in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional medicine in western medicine, the combination of dissolving stable plaque and Western medicine can improve the indicators of MCP-1 and TNF-?,reduce the blood lipids in patients with unstable angina, and prevent the rupture of coronary vulnerable plaques.Give full play to anti-inflammatory plaque effect;both of them have better clinical curative effect in the treatment of qi stagnation, blood stasis type unstable angina pectoris, higher safety, and less side effects.
