Objective: This study from the point of view of clinical observation, objectiveevaluation of the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined withacupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis to provide a more effective and safe treatmentfor the clinical treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee。Methods: In this study,to collectwith knee of patients with from arthritis of the bone who60cases,The patients wererandomly is divided into the in Test group of30patients (as traditional Chinese medicinecombined with in the the acupuncture method) of,control group of30patients (Do simpletake internally traditional Chinese medicine),3weeks after the of treatment, the use of thestatistical methods analysis of were compared between the two groupsof MPQ painscoring,the changes in of the JOA taking into account of sub,the Lequesne MG integral aswell as the joint pain,,morning stiffness, flexion and extension negative,joint tendernessand and so on main clinical symptoms changes compared to the situation, of TraditionalChinese Medicine in the scientific and objective evaluation the efficacy of of the treatmentof knee osteoarthritis sexual. Results:(1) Before treatment,gender, age and diseaseduration were not statistically different(P>0.05),comparable; Simple MPQ pain scores inthe two groups before and after treatment, changes in the JOA index score, Lequesne MGscore in thewere statistically significant (P<0.05);disappearance rate of two main groupsof clinical symptoms (joint pain, morning stiffness and joint tenderness) compared to theexperimental group than the control group (P<0.05) in the comparison。4.The aspects of ofthe test group in the consolidated curative effect was significantly than the control group(P<0.05)。Conclusion: The clinical studies have shown: two treatment methods have a significant effect on osteoarthritis of the knee,the test group in the symptoms and signs ofoverall efficacy than the control group,indicating that the clinical efficacy of traditionalChinese medicine combined with acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritissuperior tosimple internal medicine。...
