Objective:Observe and compare the result of acupuncture treatment and physiotherapy treatment for the degenerative lumbar spondyloarthropathy.Method:Collect 60 patients from Egeszseg+Gyogyulas clinic. The 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups. Group treated by acupuncture:use the bladder meridian acupuncture point:dazhiu shenshiu jiaji态weizhong. Needles were kept in the body for 30 minutes once on alternated days. The course of treatment was 10 times, treating two courses of each patient. The group treated by physiotherapy methods, using the passive and active treatment methods. Treat each patient for two courses,10 times per course on alternated days. According to the symptoms score and low back pain score before and after treatment, the data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.Results:The average score of the acupuncture treatment group was 4.37, the physiotherapy treatment group was 6.77, P<0.05, and had statistical significance. After treatment, the average value of the low back pain points: acupuncture group was 0.93, physiotherapy treatment was 1.93. P<0.05, with statistical significance. Acupuncture treatment effect is better than physiotherapy treatment. The total effective rate of acupuncture treatment group was 96.67%, while physiotherapy group was 80.00%.Conclusion:Both acupuncture and physiotherapy treatment have efficacy for degenerative lumbar spondyloarthropathy. The results showed that acupuncture treatment effected better than physiotherapy treatment.
