Clinical Research On Treatment Of Dysmenorrhea Due To Adenomyosis By BuShenTiaoZhou Combing HuoXueHuaYu Method

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of BuShenTiaoZhou combing HuoXueHuaYu Method in the treatment of dysmenorrhea in patients with adenomyosis,and to explore the new ideas of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dysmenorrhoea of adenomyosis,and to provide evidence for clinical further promotion and development.Method:Sixty patients with dysmenorrhoea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type adenomyosis were included in this study.They were divided into treatment group 30 cases treated with BuShenTiaoZhou combing HuoXueHuaYu Method,and control group 30 cases treated with SanJieZhenTong capsule,3 menstrual cycle for a course of treatment.Observe and record of dysmenorrhea patients before and after treatment,clinical efficacy(including the uterus volume,gynecological examination,serum CA125 and endometrial antibody changes)and clinical practice symptoms of change.Results:1.Dysmenorrhea efficacy analysis:The treatment group's total effective rate was 96.67%,and the symptoms of dysmenorrhea were mostly relieved.The another group's total effective rate was 80.00%.The two groups were statistically tested,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group's efficacy is better than the another group.2.TCM clinical symptoms efficacy analysis:The treatment group's total effective rate was 93.33%,and the control group was 73.33%,both groups can reduce the TCM symptom score,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that in the TCM curative effect,BuShenTiaoZhou combing HuoXueHuaYu Method treatment of the disease better,better than single Chinese medicine SanJieZhenTong capsule treatment.3.On the uterus volume,gynecological examination,serum CA125 and endometrial antibodies to improve the situation:Treatment group can significantly reduce the patient's uterine volume,after treatment was significantly different(p<0.01),the control group before and after treatment,uterine volume was not significantly reduced,no significant difference(p>0.05).Both groups can improve the scores of gynecological examination and serum CA125(P<0.01),and the group treated with BuShenTiaoZhou combing HuoXueHuaYu Method were better than the another group(P<0.01).The two groups in endometrial antibody negative aspects before and after treatment have no significant difference(p>0.05),indicating that both groups can not improve the patient's EmAb.Conclusion:BuShenTiaoZhou combing HuoXueHuaYu Method in the treatment of dysmenorrhea in patients with adenomyosis was definited effectly and can significantly improve the dysmenorrhea and Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical symptoms and provide new ideas for the treatment of dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis.
