Clinical Research On The Effect Of XiaoZhengHuaXianFang And ZhiTongHuaXianFang In Treating Adenomyosis By Stages

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment by stages using XiaoZhengHuaXianFang(XZHXF) and ZhiTongHuaXianFang(ZTHXF) and to explore its effect mechanism. Methods: 50 patients were investigated with 2 groups randomly, 28 patients of the treatment group were treated with XZHXF and ZTHXF, 22 patients of the comparison group were treated with mifepristone tablets, to observe the effect of the treatment of the 2 groups and the affection on CA125, blood rheology and T lymphocyte subgroup. Results: The symptoms of the 2 groups were obviously improved after treatment and there was no significant difference between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Both the uterine volume of the 2 groups had been decreased(P<0.05) and the level of CA125 was obviously reduced after treatment(P<0.05), blood rheology of the treatment group was distinctly improved and had significant difference (P<0.05).The level of CD3,CD4 of the treatment group were obviously elevated ,CD8 was obviously reduced and had significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of the treatment of adenomyosis by stages using XZHXF and ZTHXF was better, the effect may be achieved through improving the condition of high condensation in blood and rectifying the unbalanced immunity of body and prompting the atrophy of ectopic endometrium.
