Clinical Efficacy Study On The Treatment Of Primary Osteoporosis Of Type Ⅰ With The Method Of Wenshenzhuanggu

Objective: The safety and efficacy of Wenshenzhuanggu medicine granule in treatingprimary osteoporosis type, provide the kidney-yang, Zhuangguyisui method combinedwith clinical evidence of the effect of calcium preparations in treatment of osteoporosis inpostmenopausal women, as the traditional Chinese medicine development in preventionand treatment of primary osteoporosis of type Ⅰ and development lay the foundation.Methods: This study is the2011Shandong province science and technologydevelopment plan project "of primary osteoporosis of type Ⅰ early prediction andasymptomatic phase identification method study" part, experimental methods, clinical thirdblind method, into the primary osteoporosis of type Ⅰ50cases of kidney yang deficiencypatients, according to random method25patients were divided into treatment group andcontrol group with25cases. Before treatment, after3months, after6months of biochemical markers ofbone turnover (collagen type Ⅰ carboxy-terminal peptide special sequence), analysis andcomparison of clinical symptoms (lumbar pain, Yaoxisuanruan weakness, dizziness, chills,cold extremities, frequent urination at night). Before treatment, treatment for6months thebone mineral density (1-4lateral lumbar spine, left femoral neck BMD). To observe thecurative effect and adverse reaction.Results: The clinical research results show that:(1) the total effective rate oftreatment group92%, control group, the total efficiency of68%, based on complementaryCaltrate D hyperthermia treatment of Bushenzhuanggu Chinese fried-free particle isalways more efficient than Caltrate D total effective rate of the control group, the totalefficiency of two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), that Wenshenzhuanggu medicine granule has good effect on patients.(2) the two groups of patients with clinicalsymptom score were decreased, the two groups before treatment and after6monthstreatment had significant difference (P<0.05), indicating that two groups may alleviate theclinical symptoms, treatment for6months between the two groups. The treatment is safe, less toxic side effect, and is easily accepted by patients,and collaborative calcium effect is good, is worth the clinical promotion and application.
