Clinical Effect Observation On The Treatment Of Gubenpeiyuan Acupuncture With Herb For The Back Pain Of The Primary Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis, which is a group with bone strength damaged, increased fracture risk for features by various causes, is bone metabolic disease. The key features are the decreasing of bone tissue for per unit volume, the pincheding of bone cortex, the reduceding of sponge bone trabeculae number and size, and the receding of bone load ability, which causes the waist, limb pain, height, reduce or even fracture spine deformation. According to statistics, China’s the osteoporosis rate among60-69-year-old woman in China is as high as50%to70%, while for older men, the rate is30%. With the increasing life expectancy span and the change of population structure, osteoporosis will become more serious public health problem.ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of gubenpeiyuan method combined with the drug to primary osteoporosis patients of the back pain. For the favor by combination drugs acupuncture variet treatment of primary osteoporosis to provide the theory basis.MethodsAll cases are from clinic affiliated of Hubei university of Chinese medicine (GuoYi hall). According to case include and exclude criterion, with public, fair and randomly principle select 60Primary osteoporosis patients from September2010to December2011.Randomly equipartition of the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group adopt acupuncture of gubenpeiyuan, every other day, and at the same time cooperate with oral loose bone treasure grain, a bag each and twice a day. The control group is simple oraling loose bone treasure grain, a bag each time and twice a day. The period of treatment for both groups is3months.Firstly, the basic conditions of all selected cases are registried,, then the clinical symptoms of the patients are typed, followed by bone mineral density measurement and various biochemical check. All selected patients had to receive three months of systemic therapy, regular follow-up visit and review. After the end of treatment, evaluation scores and efficacy evaluation on clinical symptoms were given to the groups, then review of bone density and biochemical index.Finally,the SPSS17.0statistical software was applied to analyse and compare the effects of these two treatment methods,evaluating the effect of the clinical symptomsot the two groups (such as pain,ect) and the improvement on bone mineral density.ResultsClinical observation found that the total effective rate of the treatment group reached90%in the treatment of primary osteoporosis patients, much higher than the control group’s70%.There was significant difference(P<0.05) between the effects from both groups when compared, the effect of the treatment group in the treatment of primary osteoporosis patients for clinical curative is obviously better than the control group. Bone pain classification and Waist limb pain integral value of the two groups dropped significantly after treatment,and there was significant difference(P<0.05) between before treatment and after treatment. The treatment group compared with controls, low back pain limbs is integral significant difference (P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than control function. Two groups in TCM symptoms compare the curative effect, the total effective rate of the treatment group was90%, significantly higher than those in the control group (66.7%), there was significant difference (P<0.05) between the effects from both groups when compared. The treatment group is obviously better than the control group. Especially it is improved on prominent role in Chinese medicine to individual symptoms. Both groups’ mineral density increases respectively after3months’ treatment, while the treatment group is better than the control group, and the comparison of the two groups’ bone mineral density reachs statistical significance (P<0.05). Two groups of cases are safe, and did not cause serious adverse reactions.ConelusionBy analyzing the results of the treatment statistics of the two group, find that gubenpeiyuan method combined with the drug on the treatment of Primary osteoporosis is definite therapeutic effective,and can significantly reduce primary osteoporosis patients bone pain,low back pain limbs,a series of clinical symptoms and can obviously improve the primary osteoporosis patients with bone mineral density. The treatment method is simple,rapid,safe,economic and distinct of the curative effect,and is worth clinical research and application.
