Clinical Observation And Research Of Fuzheng-sanying Decoction Curing Hypothyroidism Causing Of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis

Object:To observe the curative effect of using Fuzhengsanying Tang to treat theHypothyroidism causing of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,on which, I can research and estimatethe superiority of TCM curing the disease and discuss exploratory immunomodulatorymechanism of TCM on treat Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,so as to explore the new methods ofTCM in treating these diseases. Methods:60patients diagnosed Hypothyroidism causingof Hashimoto’s thyroiditis were divided randomly into three groups.20patients were givenFuzhengsanying Tang as TCM group, another20patients were given LevothyroxineSodium Tablets as WM group,and final20patients were given Fuzhengsanying Tang andLevothyroxine Sodium Tablets as CWM group. All the patients were given medicine for4weeks as a course.Taken for3courses. Results: The improving of TCM symptoms andsigns, TCM and CWM groups have significantly excellent in compare with were WMgroup P<0.05;the level of the thyroxin,CWM and WM groups have significantly excellentin compare with were TCM group; the level of the TG-Ab and TPO-Ab, TCM and CWMgroups have significantly excellent in compare with were WM group.There had no adversereaction in the course of treatment, and the clinical efficacy were safe. Conclusions:TheClinical observation had proved Fuzhengsanying Tang Mixture and Levothyroxine SodiumTablets can treat Hypothyroidism causing of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis effectively,and hadproved Fuzhengsanying Tang can adjust the immune function of organism.There had lessadverse effects.It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
