Clinical Effect Observation Of HaiZaoYuHu-DecOction's Treatment In Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

ObjectiveObservation of traditional Chinese medicine HaiZaoYuHu-Decoction and Selenium Yeast Tablets compared to take the clinical curative effect in patients with Hashimoto' s Thyr,oiditis,provide more reference for the Traditional Chinese' s treatment of the disease.MethodsTo select 50 patients with hashimoto' s thyroiditis,then divide them into the treatment group and the control group,the control group accept take selenium yeast tablets and symptomatic treatment with,while the treatment group is add to HaiZaoYuHu-Decoction.12 weeks later,observing the TCM syndrome integral,thickness of thuriod isthmus,level of thyroid autoantibodies(TGAb,TPOAb)and effective index of the two groups.Research and analyze the obtained data as variables,using IBM SPSS 19.0 statistical software method,comparing the relevant data of the control group and the treatment group,select the meaningful data,according to the findings of the study,to assess whether combining traditional Chinese and medicine treatment of hashimoto's thyroiditis is superior to pure medicine treatment.Results1.Two groups of data comparison with level of thyroid autoantibodies(TGAb,TPOAb):The level of TGAb and TPOAb of treatment group was significantly lower after the treatment compared with the control group(P<0.05).2.Two groups of data comparison with thickness of thuriod isthmus:The thickness of thuriod isthmus was significantly lower after the treatment compared with the control group(P<0.05).3.Two groups of data comparison with TCM syndrome integral and effective index:The TCM syndrome integral and effective index was significantly lower after the treatment compared with the control group(P<0.05).The effective index in the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).4.Two groups of data comparison with thyroid function(FT3?FT4?THS):The FT3?FT4?THS of treatment group was no statistical significance compared with the control group(P>0.05).ConclusionHaiZaoYuHu-Decoction and selenium yeast tablets has the function of decreasing the hashimoto,s thyroiditis autoantibody levels,narrowing thyroid volume,reducing syndrome integral,improving efficiency of patients with hashimoto' s thyroiditis.Reflect he advantage of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hashimoto' s disease.Is the certain value for clinical treatment.
