Objective:Clinical efficacy and safety of concurrent operation for mixed hemorrhoids complicated with low anal fistula, provides the reference for the clinical operation mode selection.Methods:Select the anorectal Hospital Affiliated to Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a total of20patients with mixed hemorrhoids complicated with low anal fistula as the concurrent operation group;20patients with mixed hemorrhoids as the hemorrhoids group;20patients with low anal fistula as the low anal fistula group. Compare the operation time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative complications, effect of operation, anal function and follow-up between the concurrent operation group and the hemorrhoids group. Compare those aspects between the concurrent operation group and the low anal fistula group.Results:Comparison of the operation time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative pain between the concurrent operation group and the hemorrhoids group; between the concurrent operation group and the low anal fistula group, there was significant difference (P<0.05); Comparison of the other postoperative complications, effect of operation, anal function and follow-up between the concurrent operation group and the hemorrhoids group; between the concurrent operation group and the low anal fistula group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Concurrent operation for mixed hemorrhoids complicated with low anal fistula,compared with the separate operation,costs more operation time, has more intraoperative bleeding and postoperative pain.But the other postoperative complications, effect of operation, anal function and follow-up are the same.Concurrent operation avoid the two operations, shorten the hospitalization time of patients, reduce the economic burden of the patients, more easily accepted by the patients with remarkable economic and social benefits. Concurrent operation for mixed hemorrhoids complicated with low anal fistula is safe, effective, worthy of clinical application.
