Segmented Plastic To Mention Shrink Traction Injection Clinical Study Of The Expansion Of The Anal Treatment Of Female Mixed Hemorrhoids In The Prevention Of Postoperative Edema

OBJECTIVE:To observe and assess the therapeutic effect of the precautions against the postoperative edema of the surgical wound with divided plastic tightening and constricting operation with anus dilation in the treatment of the female mixed hemorrhoids.METHODS:The 60 cases of the female mixed hemorrhoids were divided into trials group and controlled group.The 30 cases in trials group received the divided plastic tightening and constricting operation with anus dilation,and other 30 cases in controlled group received the Milligan-Morgan operation.Observe the postoperative pain of last-time, the bleeding rate,the edema of the surgical wound,the infection rate,the retention of urine,the hospitalization duration,the anal disfunction and the relapse rate in three months.The relative results were calculated statistically with SPSS 13.0 software.Statistical significance was accepted as the P value less than 0.05.RESULTS:The rate of postoperative edema of the surgical wound is smaller in the trials group than the controlled group(P＜0.05).There was no difference between the two groups in the postoperative pain of last-time, the bleeding rate,the infection rate,constipation,the anal function,the relapse rate in three months follow up and the curative rate(P＞0.05).But the therapeutic effect indexes such as the healing time,operative bleeding and the retention of urine in the controlled group is superior to the trials group significantly(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The divided plastic tightening and constricting operation with anus dilation is a modus operandi to prevent effectually the postoperative edema of the surgical wound in the treatment of the female mixed hemorrhoids.It is a coincidence of therapeutic effect between the divided plastic tightening and constricting operation with anus dilation and Milligan-Morgan operation.But it is the more effectual way to prevent the postoperative edema with divided plastic tightening and constricting operation with anus dilation in the treatment of the female mixed hemorrhoids.It is requested that clinicalization have more experience of operation.There are some questions about mechanism of action and detail in operation.However,it is worth generalizing in fact.
