Purpose:Nowadays anorexia syndrome characteristic has had many changes which are caused by the change of living standard and wrong opinions about children feeding, while the type of deficiency of spleen-QI and stomach-QI is considered as the most common practice. In fact, it has an obvious treatment effect from the aspect of asthenia of splenogastric yin. According to the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory to observe the clinical effect of Yiwei decoction in the treatment of infantile anorexia spleen yin deficiency type, then we can find persuasiveness proofs to guide and improve clinical application.Method:Divide60cases infantile anorexia spleen yin deficiency into two groups respectively:one is treatment group (30), another is control group (30). According to their age, the treatment group and control group are given Yiwei decoction and Qihuzha granule separately. Two months later, make a comparison between disease effect and syndrome effect of treatment group and control group before and after. And we can get an effective and safety evaluation for Yiwei decoction in Infantile anorexia spleen yin deficiency.Result:1). There is no statistics meaning to compare with two groups by the score of sex, age and disease course (p>0.05), this means they have comparability.2). Disease effect:treatment group shows11cured cases,12markedly effective cases,7improved cases, non-effective case, the total effective rate reaching100%; control group shows4cured cases,8markedly effective cases,17improved cases,1non-effective case, and the total effective rate reaching96.67%. The two groups has statistics meaning(P<0.05), it prompts treatment group has advantage than control group in disease effect.3).syndrome effect:treatment group shows8cured cases,14markedly effective cases,8improved cases, non-effective case, the total effective rate reaching100%;control group shows2cured cases,7markedly effective cases,19improved cases,2non-effective case, the total effective rate reaching93.33%.The two groups has statistics meaning(P<0.05), it prompts treatment group has advantage than control group in syndrome effect.
