Objective: To use data mining technology to sort out the medical records of Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with anxiety state of coronary heart disease, analyze and summarize Professor Zhou Yabin’s clinical diagnosis and treatment experience, and provide references for future clinical applications. Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the outpatient data of patients with stable angina pectoris associated with anxiety state who visited the outpatient clinic of Professor Zhou Yabin of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to January 2022 were collected and sorted. For 169 cases,a database was established, and statistical and data mining methods were used to perform statistical analysis on the basic information, symptoms and prescriptions of patients. The clinical diagnosis and treatment experience and medication rules of Professor Zhou Yabin were analyzed and explained.Results:1.General information: Among the 169 patients,96 were female and 73 were male, and the age was mainly concentrated in 61-70 years old.The results of binary Logistic analysis showed that gender, age, course of disease, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia were the positive influencing factors of anxiety in patients with coronary heart disease.2.Symptom data: The frequency of 113 symptoms involved was counted,of which32 symptoms were more than 30 times.Using factor analysis and cluster analysis in data mining technology to build a "symptom-syndrome" model,a total of 5 syndrome types were obtained, namely: qi stagnation cardiothoracic syndrome, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,qi and blood deficiency syndrome, kidney yin syndrome Deficiency syndrome and heart-kidney-yang deficiency syndrome are basically consistent with the clinical results.3.Drug information: The prescriptions involved a total of 135 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine, and the cumulative frequency of medication was 3,062,of which 22 flavors were used more than 50 times.Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Angelica sinenisi,Atractylodes macrocephala,Dioscorea opposita etc.are frequently used. The top 5 categories of medication frequency were tonic medicines,blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines, diuresis and dampness-removing medicines, sedative medicines and external-relieving medicines. The medicinal properties of the medicinals belonged to the warm medicinal properties with the highest frequency of use, followed by the flat medicinal properties and the cold medicinal medicinal properties.According to the statistics of the drug’s meridian, the drug mainly enters the spleen, heart, liver and kidney meridians.A total of 28 drug combinations were obtained from the analysis of prescription rules;5 core prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhou Yabin’s medication in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease and anxiety state is mainly based on tonics,heat-clearing drugs, diuresis and dampness drugs, sedatives, and anti-surface drugs. The most frequently used drugs include Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Angelica sinenisi,Atractylodes macrocephala,Dioscorea opposita,Fushen,Codonopsis pilosula,Bupleurum chinense,Polygala tenuifolia etc.2.Professor Zhou Yabin treats patients with stable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease and anxiety. The properties of the drugs are mainly warm, flat and cold;the flavors are mainly sweet, bitter and pungent;the commonly used drugs are always the spleen, heart and liver meridians for the main scriptures. At the same time, the nature, flavor and meridian return of medication in patients with different syndromes have their own emphasis.3.When Professor Zhou Yabin treats patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with different syndromes of anxiety state,he first selects prescriptions according to the disease pathogenesis and syndromes, and selects the prescriptions with the functions of promoting qi and relieving depression, promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm, nourishing blood and nourishing qi,and balancing yin and yang.drugs, and then supplemented with sedatives.
