Medical services are social welfare undertakings, that has a certain public nature,so that the hospital have to provide basic, effective medical services to broad masses ofpeople. In the health care process, the quality of medical services is not only animportant criterion measure of hospital work but also is the important indicators tomeasure health. Continuously improve the quality of medical services is not only thehospital management requirements, but also the expectations of the people of thehospital. However, according to recent years around the quality of medical services forthe investigation, the people are not satisfied with quality of medical services in general;this dissatisfaction has affected the doctor-patient relationship, and gradually theissuance of a variety of social problems.This paper studies the evaluation of quality of medical services in a hospital andpromotion strategies. Then it carried out in ahospital medical service quality questionnaire. It researches and analysis of the factors that affect the hospital satisfaction. Thenpolicy recommendations were given in a hospital to enhance the quality of services.This study covered all aspects of the process in health care services, it is veryhelpful to exploring the weak links quality of medical services. It does a quantitativeanalysis and research through construction of medical service quality evaluation model,this expands the medical service quality research methods. This study has a strongpractical significance to improve management, improve service levels and maintainhealthy and rapid development of the hospital.
