Based On The Doctor View Medical Service Quality Upgrade Path

Medical services are the services that the hospitals are giving the patients and certain social groups to bring the practical benefits of medical and non-material forms of output to meet the needs of care with medical technology as the basic means of service.Quality of medical services is an important measure of the hospital work,which is the fundamental,not only to the survival of the hospital,more importantly,is related to people’s health and safety.From the perspective of a doctor,the article studies the factors affecting the quality of medical services and the path to enhance the quality of the medical services.In this paper,according to analyze the medical quality of the Quanzhou first hospital and the reasons of the medical disputes,then we summarizes the factors which are affecting the quality of medical services.From the perspective of the doctor,we survey the importance of various elements that affect the quality of medical services.The results show that the factors before the six were medical technology,national spending,medical equipment,medical procedures,communication skills and the attitudes.To study and summarizes the factors,we come out from three aspects which are the the hospital,patients and the national level to enhance the medical services.This study covered all aspects of the process in health care services, it is very helpful to exploring the weak links quality of medical services;according to analyze the factors are helpful for improving the hospital management and service levels,building the harmonious doctor-patient relationship and keeping the sustainable development of the hospital.
