Purpose: Diarrhea is one of the Pediatric digestive system common diseases in China.6a high incidence of children aged12months, less than one year old accounted for about half,was the main cause of malnutrition, growth disorders in children.~2on clinical course in2weeks a month for persistent diarrhea, onset of chronic diarrhea for more than2months.Foreign scholars also have diarrhea over last2week courses collectively known as refractorydiarrhea or chronic diarrhea. Belonging to children with diarrhea medicine "diarrhea".Diarrhea is with increased stool frequency, fecal mass of thin or purgative as watery as theprimary one of the common diseases in children. Choose massage therapy research guided bythe theory of traditional Chinese medicine, massage on the curative effect of precise, effective,and children with no pain, green therapy. Select observation on64cases of chronic diarrhea inchildren with this study, according to, the overall concept, the treatment based on syndromedifferentiation in TCM Meridian theory, using "technology of treatment of infantile chronicdiarrhea with massage" therapy on children with chronic diarrhea, mainly observation onclinical efficacy of treatment of infantile chronic diarrhea with massage.Method: A total of64cases clinical collection, randomly divided into massage therapyand oral administration of shenling baishu San control groups for preliminary discussion,observing two groups scoring tables summarize the clinical symptoms after treatmentefficacy.Result: Based on the effect of treatment of infantile chronic diarrhea with massagesatisfaction, treatment efficiency of90.6%, and had no other adverse effects. Efficiency of thecontrol group from75.9%. Clinical evaluation of the treatment group before and aftertreatment than in the control group.Conclusion: Treatment of infantile chronic diarrhea with massage satisfaction.
