Research On The Regularity Of Clinical Acupoints Selection For Professor Zhang Sufang In Massage Therapy Of Infantile Diarrhea Based On The Data Mining Technology

Objective:Explore the characteristics of acupoints selection in the clinical treatment of infantile diarrhea of Professor Zhang Sufang by using Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)clinical research integration platform.Then analyze the relationship between disease,symptom,syndrome and acupoint.Finally summarize Professor Zhang’s clinical experience and the regularity of acupoints selection.Method : Firstly,screen out the clinic medical records of infantile diarrhea from all the clinic medical records which writed by Professor Zhang or her students when she worked in Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2014 to 2016.Then by setting up Excel databases and using Liquorice complex network data mining system,analyze the symptoms and prescriptions of infantile diarrhea.And research the prescriptions of five kinds of infantile diarrhea,cold-dampness diarrhea,dampness-heat diarrhea,diarrhea due to improper diet,spleen deficiency diarrhea,deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang diarrhea,respectively.Lastly,summarize the experience of massage in the treatment of infantile diarrhea of Professor Zhang,and provide the basis of acupoints selection and theoretical guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Results:Analyze and collate 615 cases of infantile diarrhea treated by Professor Zhang Sufang.All the cases include 115 massage manipulations.Through frequency statistics and complex network research,we can get six core prescriptions of cold-dampness diarrhea,dampness-heat diarrhea,diarrhea due to improper diet,spleen deficiency diarrhea,deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang diarrhea.The relationship between disease and symptom,disease and syndrome,disease and acupoint,symptom and acupoint,syndrome and acupoint was analyzed,and we have get the regularity of Zhang Sufang’s clinical acupoints selection.Conclusion:When Professor Zhang Sufang uses massage therapy to treat infantile diarrhea,she focuses on strengthening the spleen and stomach,removing dampness and promoting the circulation of qi,clearing the intestines and stopping diarrhea,and regulating the functions of the spleen,stomach and large intestine.She follows the rules of selecting acupoints according to the disease,symptomatic and syndrome differentiation.The core prescription for massage of infantile diarrhea disease:tonify spleen,knead and pinch the Sihengwen,decline large intestine,knead spleen shu 、 stomach shu 、 large intestine shu.When cold-dampness diarrhea,knead Wailaogong、push the three passes、push the finger three passes、decline large intestine and rub the abdomen.When dampness-heat diarrhea,separate the Yin and Yang of hands 、decline Banmen、rub the abdomen and push-down the Qijiegu.When diarrhea due to improper diet,separate the Yin and Yang of hands、decline Banmen、knead the Eight Diagrams clockwise and rub the abdomen clockwise.When spleen deficiency diarrhea,separate the Yin and Yang of hands,knead Banmen、decline the large intestine、knead the Eight Diagrams clockwise and rub the abdomen clockwise.When deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang diarrhea,separate the Yin and Yang、tonify spleen、tonify kidney、tonify and decline large intestine、knock the Xiaotianxin and rub the Baliao.
