Clinical Research About Massage Of Digesting And Dredging In Treating Infantile Dyspeptic Type Diarrhea

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Massage of digesting and dredging andWang pill in the treatment of infantile dyspeptic type diarrhea.Methods:60patients with diarrhea due to improper diet in children from massageclinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional ChineseMedicine.according to the table of random numbers randomly divided into treatmentgroup and control with30cases in each group. The treatment group to massage therapy,the control group received Wang pill, each patients treated for4days. Recording thesymptoms, signs, symptom, laboratory indexes. Data processing using SPSS16.0softwarepackage,the count data X2test, measurement data test, rank data using the Kruskal-Wallis test.Results: The therapeutic effect of massage therapy is better. The results of thetreatment group:cure-7, markedim provement-13, improvement-8,noeffct-1, the totalefficiency96.7%the results of the controlgroup:cure-4,marke dimprovement-10,improvement-13,noeffct-3, the total efficiency90%；Though the total efficiencies aresimilar, the contrast results of fecal remission time and the main symptom relief time of thetreatment are significantly better than the control group in Wang pill.Conclusion：the clinical efficacy of Massage of digesting and dredging in treatinginfantile dyspeptic type diarrhea is superior to Wang pill.
