Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Distention And Fullness By Invigorating Spleen And Tonifying Qi

Purpose： The best treatment of distention and fullness have been establishedand standardized by the method of invigorating spleen and tonifying qi in thistopic. It aims to and then improve survival quality of patients.Method: The method of randomized controlled has been used to observed84patients with distention and fullness. We choose some patients, whose type belongto the disharmony between liver and stomach or weakened spleen and stomach, andclassified them strictly according to the principle. Furthermore, westandardize treatment plan, observe the clinical curative effect carefully andanalyze using method of statistics.Result: Trertment group: clinical control for11cases, for9cases weremarkedly effective, effective as of16cases, ineffective in6cases, the totaleffective rate was85.71%, no efficiency of14.29%. In the control group: aclinical control for9cases, for8cases were markedly effective, effectivefor18cases, ineffective in7cases, total effective rate was83.33%, noefficiency as16.67%. There was no significant difference between the trertmentgroup compared and control group after statistical analysis, it confirmed thatthe two treatment plan possessed similar effect, however, higher clinicalcontrol and cure rate are observed in the Trertment group than control group.Conclusion: Spleen-fortifying stomach-harmonizing decoction treatment planpossessed satisfying curative effect on curing distention and fullness. Itperforms a similar effect as Liuwei Anxiao Capsule in clinical control and curerate All cases in treatment group and control group have no obvious abnormalchanges in terms of security index, and there is no adverse reaction in theprocess of spleen invigorating and stomach soup treatment which proved that theclinical research is safe and reliable...
