Clinical Research And Purging Heat Treatment Of Acute Uncomplicated Cholecystitis

Purpose: This research observes the clinical curative effect of Hexie Qingre formula inorder to treat acute cholecystitis,to further discuss the mechanism of action of Hexie Qingreformula.Method:72patients were randomly divided into two groups (control group&treatment group). We applied the Western medicine treatment to control group,based on theWestern medicine treatment,36patients in treatment group were treated by Hexie Qingreformula. We systematically observed the Hexie Qingre formula sinfluence on the patients’sings and symptoms,WBC and the B-mode ultrasonography manifestations of gallbladder.Result: The clinical research results indicated:after the treatment for7days,intreatment group,9cases of clinical cure,14cases markedly effective,effective11cases,invalid2cases,the total effective rate was94.44%；in control group,6cases were cured,10cases markedly effective,effective13cases,invalid7cases,the total effective rate was80.56%,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01). At thesame time,the treatment group in improving the sings and symptoms,WBC and the B-modeultrasonography manifestations of gallbladder were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Hexie Qingre formula is effective and safe on treating acute cholecystitis,and it is worthy for promotion.
