Clearing Heat Decoction Clinical Study Of PTGBD Operation Of Acute Cholecystitis In Aged Patients

Objective:To observe the prescription of clearing heat and cholagogue decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis by percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage after operation,the clinical curative effect of patients,To explore its mechanism,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical practical application.Methods:15 cases of acute cholecystitis in aged patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.7 Cases in control group were treated by percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage after routine anti-inflammation and anti-infection treatment of western medicine;8 Patients in treatment group were treated by percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage,postoperative routine prescription of traditional Chinese medicine oral administration of western medicine on the basis of the anti-inflammatory and anti-infection clearing heat secreting bile soup.To observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups were treated for 5 days,inflammatory indexes and the local symptoms and signs of change.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 75%,significantly higher than 57.14%in the control group,comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two sister had statistical significance(P<0.05).2.The laboratory indexes of the two groups after treatment of white blood cell count and biochemical indexes were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group decreased significantly than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PTGBD use of heat-clearing and cholagogue decoction can significantly reduce the Postoperative leukocyte count,serum of acute cholecystitis in aged patients Glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase,total bilirubin,and y-GT value,improve the local inflammatory response,the exact curative effect in treatment of acute cholecystitis.
