Clinical Observation Of Cholagogic Phlegm Pill In The Treatment Of Polypoid Lesion Of Gallbladder(Gallbladder Heat Phlegm Dampness)

Objective:Observation evaluation Lidan phlegm pill in the treatment of gallbladd er polyps(Gallbladder Heat phlegm dampness syndrome)clinical efficacy and safety,widely for clinical provide the basis.Methods: All the 60 patients who came from the digestive department of the third affiliated hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into two groups by using random numbers table of random numbers.30 examples from the treatment group were given Cholagogic phlegm pilla,and 30 cases of the control with danning tablet,Treatment of statistics the total score of two groups of TCM syndromes and single number of polyps and polyposis,the average diameter of single and multiple polyps maximum average diameter and the means of total polyp,course of treatment is 4 weeks,in the treatment of 4 weeks,8weeks,12 weeks later,respectively,the statistics of the index,observed before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score,radiographic efficacy and safety indicators to detect and 12 weeks after treatment were followed up from observed patients had no recurrence.Results:(1)Before treatment,sex of two groups of patients,age and TCM syndro me total score,single number of polyps and polyposis,solitary polyp diameter and multiple polyps of maximum diameter.The statistical analysis showed no significant difference,indicating that the baseline data of the two groups are comparable.(2)The iconography effect:Two groups of polyp overall effect:in the treatment of 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks after,respectively,were within group statistical analysis.After treatment compared with before treatment were statistically significant(P< 0.05),indicating that two groups of polyp diameter after treatment were compared with the previous decreased.Two groups have curative effect;after treatment between the two groups,the statistical analysis,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group of polyp of overall curative effect is better than that of control group.Two groups of single polyp,multiple polyps efficacy: in the treatment of 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks after,respectively,were within group statisti cal analysis,after treatment compared with before treatment had significant difference(P< 0.05),indicating that two groups of single polyp diameter,multiple polyps maximum diameter after treatment were compared with the previous somewhat reduce d;after treatment between the two groups,the statistical analysis,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group of single polyp,the effect of multiple polyps were superior to the control group.(3)Symptom effect:In the treatment of 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks after,respectively,were within group statistical analysis,after treatment compared with before treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that two groups of TCM syndrome total score was decreased;after treatment between the two groups,the statistical analysis,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the TCM symptoms,the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of the control group.(4)The recurrence rate:After the completion of the total course of follow-up,the recurrence rate of treatment group was 8.3%,the control of the recurrence rate was 46.7%,after statistics analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),explain in their treatment of gallbladder polyps,eczema,the curative effect is superior to the gallbladder ning of phlegm pill.Conclusion:Cholagogic Huatan tablet could effectively reduce polyp diameter,so litary polyps of the total efficiency is superior to multiple pols and markedly improve the quality of life of patients,improve the clinical symptoms,It is convenient for use,high safety,in the treatment of gallbladder polyps,Lidan phlegm pill have good curative effect.
