ObjectiveInvestigation on Changchun area of perimenopausal women’s health and qualityof life, provide a theoretical basis for the government and relevant departments toformulate the policy of health care, to develop relevant measures to perimenopausalwomen’s quality of life improve.MethodsFrom2012July to2012December, there were620women whose age wasbetween40~60years old accept voluntary survey in Changchun City conducted aquestionnaire survey, data collection. The questionnaire contents include: generaldata investigation object; the improved Kupper-man scale and WHOQOL-BREFscale Chinese version. Analysis and application of SPSS19.0statistical software, it ismainly descriptive analysis.Result①During the600perimenopausal women, Women accounted for29.3%, andthe average age was48.35years old.②There are great differences during the ages of perimenopausal women’shealth and quality of life. By the kupper-man, Perimenopausal symptoms occurredin64.34%, The symptoms most of the top six were: hot perspire accounted for52.3%; dizzy for50.3%; fatigue accounted for50.15%; headache accounted for44.82%; palpitations accounted for41.55%,;Joint pain38.3%. Hypertension,osteoporosis, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, urinary system diseasesand diabetes is in a considerable proportion and distribution in each age hassignificant difference.③Perimenopausal women’s health awareness is not strong and lack of healthknowledge④With the increase of age, the level quality of life is low.conclusionPerimenopausal symptoms and severity of different is related by women’s age,educational level, economic status. And health status change with age, influence factors include a variety of demographic and sociological characteristics. We musttake comprehensive measures to improve their quality of life...
