ObjectiveBy investigating the symptoms of 470 women with perimenopause syndrome,the distribution of TCM syndromes of perimenopause syndrome was understood,and the quality of life of women with perimenopause syndrome was investigated to explore the correlation between TCM syndromes and quality of life.MethodsApplication of perimenopausal syndrome of TCM syndrome questionnaire to collect the clinical symptoms of 470 patients with perimenopausal syndrome,application KI scale at the same time on the degree of perimenopausal symptoms in patients with grade,quality of life scale application of menopause evaluate quality of life in patients with perimenopausal syndrome,through the rows of data clustering analysis female perimenopausal syndrome of TCM syndrome types,after statistical analysis it is concluded that guangzhou womenperimenopausal syndrome of TCM syndrome type and the correlation of quality of life.Results1.Among 470 patients with perimenopausal syndrome,the average age was 49.15 4.90 years old,and 151 patients aged 51-55 years old,accounting for 32.13%of the total number,accounting for the largest proportion.2.470 occupational distribution of patients with perimenopause syndrome:mental workers(31.28%),unemployed people(28.51%),semi-manual workers(20.85%),and manual workers(19.36%).3.Education background:junior high school education(43.19%),senior high school or technical secondary school education(26.80%),undergraduate or junior college education(15.32%),and undergraduate or above education(14.89%).4.After cluster analysis of 470 patients with perimenopteric syndrome,four types of TCM syndromes of the patients with perimenopteric syndrome were obtained,including 187 cases of liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome(39.79%),120 cases of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome(25.53Yo),85 cases of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome(18.09%),and 78 cases of damp-heat stasis syndrome(16.59%).5.The distribution of peri-menopausal symptoms in different age groups:41-45 years old(severe 15.45%,moderate 26.83%,mild 57.72%);46-50 years old(severe 10.45%,moderate 29.10%,mild 60.45%);51-55 years old(severe 5.96%,moderate 33.11%,mild 60.93%);56-60 years old(severe 3.23%,moderate 17.74%,mild 79.03%);6.Perimenopause symptom degree distribution of different syndromes:damp-heat stasis syndromes(severe 10.26%,moderate 23.08%,mild 66.67%);Spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome(severe 7.06%,moderate 25.88%,mild 67.06%);Liver and kidney Yin deficiency(severe 14.97%,moderate 17.11%,mild 67.91%);Liver depression and spleen deficiency(severe 1.67Yo,moderate 50.83%,mild 47.50%);7.Quality of life scores of perimenopmenopausal syndrome patients with different syndromes:damp-heat stasis syndrome(vasomotor dimension 5.43±1.45,psychological dimension 9.43±1.65,physiological dimension 25.06+7.07,sexual dimension 7.19±2.19,total score 48.42±8.47);Spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome(vasomotor dimension 6.29±1.54,psychological dimension 9.57±2.40,physiological dimension 26.75±8.61,sexual dimension 7.06±2.32,total score 50.5±8.25);Liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome(vasomotor dimension 6.92±1.59,psychological dimension 9.07±1.49,physiological dimension 29.36±9.39,sexual dimension 7.38±2.21,total score 54.43±9.58);Liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome type(vasomotor dimension 4.93±1.38,psychological dimension 10.07±2.46,physiological dimension 27.31±8.46,sexual dimension 7.06±2.32,total score 50.5±8.25).Conclusion1.Perimenopause syndrome has the highest incidence in the 51-55 age group;2.With the increase of age,the degree of symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome gradually decreases;3,The proportion of mental workers in perimenopausal syndrome patients is the largest;4.The TCM syndromes of perimenopause syndrome are divided into four types,which are liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,damp-heat stagnation syndrome,among which liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome accounts for the largest proportion in perimenopause syndrome patients.5.In the dimension of vasomotion,the quality of life of liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome is the lowest,followed by spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome;6.In the psychological dimension,the quality of life of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome is low;7.In the physiological dimension,perimenopausal syndrome patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome have the lowest quality of life;8.In terms of overall quality of life,perimenopause syndrome patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome have the lowest quality of life.
