Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Jiawei Qinpu Decoction On Chronic Gastritis With Erosion(Syndrome Of Damp-heat Of Spleen And Stomach)

Objective:In this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Qinpu Yin in treating chronic gastritis with erosion of spleen and Stomach Damp-Heat type,and compared it with western medicine treatment to explore the clinical efficacy and prognosis of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic gastritis with erosion of spleen and Stomach Damp-Heat type.Methods:60 patients with spleen-stomach damp-heat chronic gastritis accompanied by erosion were randomly divided into control group(Rabeprazole enteric-coated tablets +Al-Mg plus suspension group)and treatment group(Jiawei Qinpu Yin group)for 3 months.The scores of symptoms,gastric mucosal erosion lesion grade under gastroscope,Gastric Mucosal pathological histology score and follow-up were recorded before and after treatment.Clinical symptoms recurrence and safety during medication were evaluated by TCM symptom score,curative effect of TCM symptoms,gastroscopic lesions of gastric mucosa erosion,pathological changes of gastric mucosa,and follow-up of recurrence rate of clinical symptoms.Results:(1)The total scores of TCM symptoms in two groups before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05),with statistical significance;and the total scores of TCM symptoms in TCM treatment group were significantly different from those in western medicine control group(P<0.05),indicating that both TCM treatment and Western medicine treatment were effective in this study,and the curative effect of TCM treatment group was better than that of Western medicine in improving clinical symptoms of patients.Control group.(2)Compared with the western medicine control group,the Chinese medicine treatment group had better effect in improving the symptoms of fullness of stomach,nausea,belching,bad breath,bitter or sticky mouth,body and limbs distress,loose stool,mental fatigue(P<0.05),while the two groups had the same effect in improving the symptoms of epigastric pain,heartburn or burning,pantothenic acid(P<0.05).(3)The total effecti’ve rate of the control group was 76.67%,and that of the treatment group was 93.33%.The total curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was more significant than that of the western medicine control group(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the western medicine control group,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group had a more significant effect on improving gastric mucosal erosion(P<0.05).(5)In improving the pathological and histological atrophy and intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa,the curative effect of Chinese medicine treatment group was better than that of Western medicine control group(P<0.05),while in improving the pathological and histological active inflammation and chronic inflammatory reaction of gastric mucosa,both groups were effective(P<0.05).(6)Clinical follow-up showed that the recurrence rate of Western medicine control group was 46.67%,and that of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was 20.00%.The recurrence rate of clinical symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was lower than that in western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Qinpu Yin has significant effect in improving clinical symptoms of chronic gastritis with erosion of spleen and Stomach Damp-Heat type,gastric mucosal erosion focus under gastroscope,pathological histology of gastric mucosa,and recurrence of follow-up clinical symptoms.It is worthy of further clinical promotion and research.
