Research purposes:Explore a more effective reasonable frequency parameters of electric acupuncture treatment of sudden deafness, and some related factors in sudden deafness (such as tinnitus, aural fullness, dizziness, hearing loss degree, the length of the course of the disease, age, etc.) impact on treatment outcomes were analyzed. Research methods:116cases will be in line with the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of sudden deafness patients, according to random number table group, set up four groups, including1set of29cases, the curative group of30cases,2electric acupuncture group of31cases,3were26cases; Drug group with routine drug treatment, the curative group was using conventional drugs on the basis of acupuncture therapy, acupuncture main point for the wind pool, yifeng, portals, listen to the palace, hearing, ZhongZhu, spiderman creek (both side).Use "hua tuo" brand SDZ-V electric acupuncture therapeutic apparatus, portals and yifeng electric acupuncture, with pulse current. Including1set continuous wave, frequency setting of2hz, cupping2set continuous wave, frequency setting of50hz, including3set the density wave, set of2hz to50hz frequency cycle. Retaining needle for30min,1times a day, continuous treatment6days rest1day,10days for1course of treatment, treatment2course of treatment. Respectively in each group before and after treatment on patients with pure tone threshold audiometry, the main accompanying symptoms (tinnitus, aural fullness, vertigo, etc.) the change of measurement evaluation, with reference to2005,"the guide to diagnosis and treatment of sudden deafness curative effect evaluation, data processing adopts SPSS19.0statistical software.Research results:(1) between groups in improvement of threshold value, the total effective rate and cure rate differences had statistical significance(P=0.001,0.003<0.05), three groups total effective electric acupuncture group were superior to drug control group (P=0.010,0.010,0.008<0.05), the total effective rate difference between three groups there was no significant statistical significance (P=0.379>0.05), including3groups and the curative group and drug control group the cure rate of2difference was statistically significant (P=0.013,0.011<0.05); Dilatational wave best treatment effect, and continuous wave of2Hz and nearly50Hz treatment effect and drug control group the treatment effect of the worst.(2) each group to improve the symptoms of tinnitus in patients, all have good curative effect, including1electric acupuncture group the total effective rate was81.48%, including2group the total effective rate was75.00%, the curative group the total effective rate was76.00%, control group of conventional drugs group the total effective rate was72.72%. But each close to improve effect, no significant difference in statistics (P=0.0901>0.05).(3) between groups in terms of improvement in patients with vertigo symptoms, all have very good curative effect, effective rate100%, the recovery rate,1group was94.12%, the curative the curative group2is93.75%, curative3group was90.47%, and drug control group is87.50%. But each close to improve effect, no significant difference in statistics (P=0.944>0.05).(4) between groups to improve the symptoms of aural fullness in patients with aspect, the curative effect difference, electric acupuncture group1,2,3, drugs were better than control group (P=0.026,0.026,0.012<0.05). Can be a very good relieve patients’symptoms of aural fullness, but there was no statistically significant difference of the three groups total effective rate (X2=0.702, P=0.702>0.05).(5) the course of the disease and curative effect, statistical differences (P=0.031<0.05), the earlier to the patient, the better the curative effect of patients within1weeks clinic curative effect best, was93.93%,2weeks after the clinic curative effect of the worst, the total effective rate was67.86%both in the difference was statistically significant (X2=6.972, P=6.972).(6) with and without vertigo and curative effect, total effective rate of91.11%of patients without vertigo, disease accompanied by dizziness in the process of the total effective rate was57.75%, there was a significant difference in statistics (P=0.000<0.05). Without vertigo symptoms of patients with sudden deafness hearing restored curative effect is better.(7) presence of tinnitus and curative effect, total effective rate of88.89%of patients without vertigo, morbidity associated with tinnitus in the process of the total effective rate was58.16%, there was a significant difference in statistics (P=0.013<0.05). Without symptoms of tinnitus patients with sudden deafness hearing restored curative effect is better.(8) presence of aural fullness and efficacy, patients without ears stuffy in the total effective rate was75.61%, incidence with ear stuffy in the process of the total effective rate was53.33%, there was a significant difference in statistics (P=0.019<0.05). Without ears stuffy symptom of patients with sudden deafness hearing restored curative effect is better.(9) hearing loss rate and curative effect, statistical differences (P=0.028<0.05), degree of hearing loss in patients with the lighter, the better the curative effect, as the degree of increase, the total effective rate is falling, mild deafness curative effect best, the total effective rate was90.00%, the curative effect of extremely severe deafness, the worst was56.67%, total effective rate of the two has significant difference in statistics (P=0.0120<0.0125).Research conclusions:Acupuncture combined with cupping can improve patients’ hearing and tinnitus, aural fullness, accompanying symptom such as vertigo, and the dilatational wave showed more obvious advantages on the overall efficacy.
