The traditional Chinese medicine has an important meaning for the psychologicalcounseling and treatment development of localization in china as Chinese medicine is aholistic medicine and emphasizes governing exterior to infer interior."Governing exteriorto infer interior" is a cognitive mode of traditional Chinese Medicine.Objective: The textby establishing qing-zhi stagnation system of emotional diseases to lay the theoreticalfoundation for qing-zhi Homeopathic Psychotherapy. Homeopathic Psychotherapy is apsychological treatment technology based on the local culture. Methods:1.Through thecollection of literature and reading books,the text firstly to explain it’s necessary toestablish an emotional discrimination as qing-zhi stagnation system.Then the text tounderstand traditional Chinese medicine "qing-zhi"/"qing-zhi stagnation" from a newangle.We think Qing-zhi is composed of three parts as qing-zhi experience, qing-zhicognitive, qing-zhi body feeling.Qing-zhi experience is emotion as we usuallysee.Qing-zhi cognitive is cognition as we usually see.Qing-zhi body feeling is physicalsensation as we usually see.2.By collecting106mental patient data in the clinical effect,We study the specific understanding of the qing-zhi stagnation characteristics, causes,degree of factors, and explore the psychological meaning behind physical symptoms.3.Atlast,through the case we can see different qing-zhi stagnations and their three differentcomponent ratio.So different psychological therapy should be build accordingly.Results:1. qing-zhi stagnation type: In106cases,44cases of single qing-zhi stagnation,accounted for41.5%and62compound qing-zhi stagnation,accounted for58.5%.Angeraccounted for34%of qing-zhi stagnation,fear accounted for29.2%and sadness accountedfor17.9%.In compound qing-zhi stagnation,sadness and thought accounted for38.1%,sorrow and surprise accounted for27.9%sorrow and thought accounted for30.2%.2. nausea and vomiting, chest tightness, headaches, shoulder, waist pain, constipation andother physical symptoms express certain psychological significance. Conclusion:1. Themajor single qing-zhi stagnation type is anger stagnation/fear stagnation and sadnessstagnation. The major compound qing-zhi stagnation type is sadness and thought/sadnessand though/sorrow and surprise.2.we can see qing-zhi stagnation is the integration of bodyin clinical and psychological meaning is behind the physical symptoms.3.three componentproportion as qing-zhi experience, qing-zhi cognitive, qing-zhi body feeling of differentqing-zhi stagnation,so the treatment of them should be adjusted accordingly.
