Professor Hu Zhiqiang’s Experience In The Treatment Of Sequela Of Apoplexy

Objective: Using data mining technology，to collect，collate and mine mentorProfessor Hu Zhiqiang ’s prescriptions in treatment of sequela of apoplexy，for studyingmentor’s basic prescriptions and drug compatibility rules in the treatment of sequela ofapoplexy.Methods: Screening of the medical cases of Professor Hu Zhiqiang treating in strokesequela，record and sort out the prescription drug.With the help of Excel2003to establish adatabase，then using frequency analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis of data miningtechniques to analyze the drugs，to conclude the high-frequency drugs，drug classes，commonly used couple drugs，as well as the close relationship between cluster consistingof drugs，on this basis，to discuss mentors’ experience of fundamental prescriptions anddrug Compatibility Law in the treatment of sequela of apoplexy.Results: Doing frequency analysis on135kinds of drug in the selected125prescriptions，the total frequency of the drug is1943times，in which used frequency morethan40times in the15kinds. There are54kinds of drug used more than10times，they arecommon drugs on treating this disease. There are13types of drug involved in commondrugs，consist of heat-clearing drugs，blood-activating and stasis-resolvin drugs，tonifyingdrugs，liver wind calmed drugs，expectorant cough suppressant and anti-asthmatic drugs，for the main drugs in treatment of stroke sequela，followed by damp-clearing drugs，sedative drugs，diaphoretic drugs also play an important role. Cluster analysis wasperformed on the frequency of use of10times above54kinds drug，The cluster analysisshows that there are4clustering prescriptions and13groups of commonly used coupledrugs. Conclusion: Mentor treat stroke sequelae with mathods of removing sputum tosmooth collateral，calming liver wind，tonifying liver and kidney，promoting bloodcirculation to remove blood stasis，etc. Observing medication，the pathogenesis of strokesequela is complex and changeable，we can extract the hiding medication rule in seriesthrough frequency analysis，clustering analysis and data mining method，offer someguidance and thinking for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
