| PurposeAcupuncture the left side of ST44, observation the patient with sequela of apoplexy the changes of Vs,Yd,Vm, PI and RI by TCD on five time point,which including before acupuncture, inserting needle, hand-manipulating of needle, withdraw the needle and after withdraw the needle. Study on acupuncture on the left side of the ST44 hole to research the effects of Middle cerebral artery’s blood flow velocity,PI and R1.for direction of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cerebrovascular diseases of clinical research to provide reference basis.MethodsThis experiment there’re a total of 30 patients with cerebral embolism sequela, aged between 49 and 59, and the average age is 54+ 1.25. Thirty patients were relatively stable, and its symptoms are left limbs of hemiplegia. The subjects are greater than 6 months, and the CT diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Laboratory temperature is 20～26℃, humidity is 45～55%. The researchers explain experiment purpose and steps for subjects. After the participants agreed to start the experiment.
