Clinical Research On Senile Primary Hypertension Of Jiawei Jianling Tang

Objective:The Objecttive of this study is to observe Ling soup flavored built forsenile primary hypertension Yin hand in the clinical treatment by patients before and aftertreatment of TCM clinical symptom scores of24hour dynamic blood pressure measuringblood pressure blood fat series of indexes such as the results, to explore the clinicalapplication value of built Ling flavored soup. Methods: On the premise of commonly usedwestern medicine treatment,60cases of clinical diagnosed as original3onset hypertensionsyndrome type of Yin deficiency type hand middle-aged and old patients were randomlydivided into two groups, control group30cases, to worship the new ember d with westernmedicine foundation treatment; Treatment group of30cases, on the basis of the samewestern medicine with the control group used build Ling soup flavored, sooner or latereach time, two groups of a course of4weeks, observation curative effect after1course oftreatment.Results:After four weeks after treatment, the treatment group is superior tocontrol group (P <0.05), and can improve the symptoms of hypertension patients adjustblood lipid disorders, and three regular liver result before and after the treatment (ALT)renal function (BUN Cr) were no abnormal changes of ecg.Conclusion: Clinicalobservation showed that built Ling flavored soup treatment of senile primary hypertensionYin hand card has good curative effect, and has a certain role in regulating blood fat, inorder to achieve better control of blood pressure lowering the cardiovascular risk factors,clinical purpose.
