Clinical Effect Observation Of Daotan Jianling Decoction Treatment On Hypertension With Hyperhomocysteinemia Belonged To Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity Symptom Together With High LDL Levels

Objective:The article study through the clinical randomized controlled trails between Daotan Jianling Decoction combined with western medicine and western medicine,to observe the clinical test index changes(including symptom,TCM symptoms integral situation,related laboratory inspection items)of patients of Hypertension with hyperhomocysteinemia belonged to yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity Symptom together with high LDL levels.Then to observe the clinical effect and security of Daotan Jianling Decoction treatment on Hypertension with hyperhomocysteinemia belonged to yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity Symptom together with high LDL levels.to provide a reliable evidence for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment on Hypertension with hyperhomocysteinemia together with high LDL levels.Methods:by using random number table,patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group,Between the two groups,Two groups of gender,age,TCM symptoms integral situation,biochemical index,and mean arterial pressure differences had no statistical significance,between two groups of experimental data are comparable.both set to be the same conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group treated with Daotan Jianling Decoction treatment,and four weeks for 1 cycle.Indexes including Hey levels,hs-CRP levels,MABP,TCM symptoms integral situation and LDL levels,before and after treatment are all Observed.Then to Statistical analysis,to assess the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:the treatment group total effective rate of reducing Hey levels,TCM symptoms integral situation and LDL improvement levels were all better than the control group(P<0.05);as to antihypertensive effect and hs-CRP levels,Two groups had no obvious difference(P>0.05);No cases of loss in the process of treatment,in addition to one patient from the control group appear mild diarrhea when start taking drugs,the rest have no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:It has a certain clinical curative effect of Daotan Jianling Decoction treatment on Hypertension with hyperhomocysteinemia belonged to yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity Symptom together with high LDL levels,worth further study.Compared with western medicine treatment,the curative effect in the treatment of Daotan Jianling Decoction combined with western medicine was better,Daotan Jianling Decoction can obviously improve the Hcy levels and LDL levels,improve TCM symptoms integral situation obviously,antihypertensive effect is not obvious,the hs-CRP levels improve no difference.and there was no obvious poisonous effect.It is worth further clinical promotion and research.
