The New Program Of Clinical Research On The Treatment Of The Neck Type Of Cervical Spondylosis By Releasing Acupionts Around Neck With Acupotomy

Objective: Observing the difference in VAS, PPI, Cervical Lordosis,Cervical AROMofpatient before and after treatment,and Comparing with results contrast group. Evaluatingthe clinical therapeutic effect of treatment of The neck type of cervicalspondylosisbyreleasing acupoints around neck with acupotomy to verify the superiority ofthe new program.Methods: The study include60cases, using randomized, controlled, single-blinddivided into experimental group(EG)and control group.30cases with Acupotomy andJingQuling served as a experimental group,30cases were treated by massage andJingQuling served as a control group30.Comparing differences in the VAS, PPI, CervicalLordosis,cervical AROM between two groups before and after treatment. Evaluating theclinical curative effect of the experimental group.Finally, the data were statisticallyanalyzed, whether there is statistical significance was observed in the2groups.Results:①Aspects in the VAS score,the PPI score of the two groups after treatmentand before treatment were significantly relieve pain;in the EG after treatment comparedwith control group ratings,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggestingthat the new program was better to relieve pain.②Aspects In the cervical AROM, before and after treatment in2groups weresignificantly different. The differences of flexion, rotation flexion and extension werestatistically significant (p<0.05). All thouse prompt Acupotomy cervical peripheralacupoints can better to improve cervical spine disorders, curative effect is more obvious.③The cervical Lordosis of the two groups after treatment and before treatment were significantly different,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)。The cervicalLordosis after treatment was comparied between EG and control group suggested that thenew program was better to raise cervical Lordosis.④After treatment,As for EG，8cases were cured,15case were excellent,7casesshowed improvement,while0cases showed no effect,therefore,the effective rate was100%,the curative rate was77%.As for control group,2cases were cured,10cases showedimprovement,15case were excellent,while3cases showed no effect and the effective ratewas90%, the curative rate was40%.the two groups was compared by analysis, theeffective rate was no significant difference (P>0.05); the curative rate difference wassignificant (P<0.05);The therapy group had better curative rate than the control group.Conclusion: Acupotomy releasing acupoints around neck treatment of The neck typeof cervical spondylosis significantly,safe and reliable,is an ideal treatment.In this study,theclinical efficacy of neck function,theVAS score,the PPI score and Cervical Lordosis of theEG improve more significantly than the control group; treating cervical spondylosis byacupotomy through releasing acupoints around neck,can play to relieve nerve rootcompression and the elimination of nerve root inflammation,immune regulation,adjust theneck muscle tension,correct neck facet joint disorders,to increase the stability of thespine,and improve local microcirculation in the promote protrusion natural absorption oftherapeutic effect,with a simple and practical,worthy of promotion.
